My problem is that wile using the internet the data connection drops. I want it to quickly reconnect so that I can continue surfing or downloading. In retrospect the fix works - it cuts it off. It is a hassle to press squarely on the EV icon to begin with then wait for the disconnect option. I have no clue as to why this is happening or what settings I need to change to make it stop.
