Have you made any changes to the User Account Control (UAC) settings? When I change it, the screen goes all dark and asks me if I initiated this change, before it goes through with it... I'm using Windows 7, but it's 32 bit. After the UAC popup, it changes it fine...

Good luck

Well, re-enable it and see if this is your issue.

Re: Omnia + Windows 7 64bit Problem

I am trying to download the VZ Access Manager onto my laptop, and I have been told by samsung that there are no drivers available for Omnia II to make it talk to Windows 7 (the OS on my laptop). I can therefore never sync with my laptop or use the VZ Access Manager. After talking to HP, Verizon, Microsoft etc for hours, the only suggestions that they have are that I downgrade my laptop OS to Vista or XP by buying the disk, or that I wait until Samsung makes the new drivers available.

What the ________????!!!!
