Question for Anyone
Has anyone tried to change the WiFi to default on status. Is this a registry tweak I haven't found or is it something imbedded in the OS or hardware. I prefer having the WiFi connected and running. Any thoughts or solutions:drunken:will be much appreciated.

If you find a way to do this you could call it "Pocket Warmer" I reckon. I'm not making fun of your desire but just pointing out that the WiFi radio uses a lot of power, especially when you're out of range of a wireless network. Ted |

Re: Question for Anyone
I've had the WiFi on for up to 6 hrs using standard battery. I've been using my phone to map the range and quality of my home wireless router with booster and repeater devices. So, I'm not complaining about battery life, I'm only asking if there is a way to do this.
