Anyone care to help a newbie with the imarche skins for SPB3?

I've tried my best to follow the directions, but I'm having issues. I don't have a microSD card for my Omnia yet, so I just put the zip file in the root directory of My Storage. I opened it, and ran mortscript.exe fine. I then tried to run the Install_WQVGA.mscr, but that's where the issue is.

I get an error that it can't find SPB shell .... "Cannot file Spb Mobil Shell version 3.0: Path=\ApplicationData\Volatile\zipview\133957359\S pbMobilShellSkinsRegistry="

What am I doing wrong??

Not sure if it makes a difference, but I only have the trial of SPB mobile shell right now, still trying it out.
