Caller ID Question

This might be the dumbest question I've ever asked, but I been doing some searching on CallerId here and on Modaco and havent figured this out yet.

I am running Adrynalyn's 2.0 CF03 ROM. I have been using S2U2 for CallerID, but today something wierd happened. Someone called me, and instead of S2U2 catching the call and showing the CallerID screen as usual, something else did instead. It looked like the new WinMo 6.5 lock screen with the same style slider. It had a slider for answer and a slider for ignore and the callerID pic. I didnt get a chance to get a good look at the screen though because i needed to answer the call, lol.

What was that and how can I enable that? I actually liked it better than the S2U2 callerID I have been using. I assume its part of WinMo 6.5, but I'm not sure. I have called myself several times with S2U2 unloaded and loaded and with different settings to reproduce it, but I havent been able to. I either get the S2U2 CallerID screen or the "classic" windows mobile notification style popup at the bottom.

Am I completely dumb here? I feel like I should know this, but I've missed something somewhere and not even sure how to search for it.

Re: Caller ID Question

What version of S2U2 are you using? There's a setting inside it to disable that.

Re: Caller ID Question

you phone must be locked to show that screen... disable S2U2 and enable lock on wake in settings and always suspend your phone when your not using it so the next call that screen will show up

Re: Caller ID Question

I'm running S2U2 2.04

I havent been able to find a setting in S2U2 to reproduce the screen I saw. It resembled the "Framed" callerId option, but it had 2 sliders at the bottom and they looked like the slider on the Windows Mobile Slide to lock screen.

I'm also running SPB Mobile shell. Is there a callerID option in there I dont know about?

Re: Caller ID Question

ok, I was able to reproduce it. Wow - took forever to find the wake up settings. Didnt think to look under "Buttons", lol.

Mystery solved - Thanks! I didnt even know about this dandy feature in WinMo6.5 - I like it.
