screwed up handset - talking levels.

went into soundtester to tweak levels on handset talking. now no one can hear me. but now soundtester will not let me go back to default levels. i enter new levels - hit apply - then back - then exit and the values stay at what they were when i screwed them up.

Sounds like you need to hard reset. Did you use a back up software prior to making the changes? If you did then you can just do a restore and be off and running again.
