help locating files to modify

ok i've decided omnia favorite settings is good. BUT, would love to make it all black. i have found some bitmp files that control the boxes but nothing for the icons. SO, if anyone is willing to help locate them, i would greatly apreciate it. of course i would share when finished

They are all located in \Windows.

can even view icons what is the exact file called
