Disable automatic silent when upsidedown?

Ok so I just discovered this phone goes into silent if the phone is upside down. Is there a way to disable it? I did a search and didnt find anything.

Start > Settings > System Tab > Motion Sensor > Etiquette Tab > Uncheck the Etiquette pause box.
