Restore file associations?

I had pocket tunes on here and it seems to have messed up my file associations. I removed it and still no luck. Any idea how to restore them to how they were when the omnia was new...short of a hard reset.

Hmm maybe it didnt screw them up, does 3GP have an association with it outside of MMS by default? It plays fine inside the mms area, but outside it gives the error.
