Dialers...who's using what?

I really don't like the standard Windows dialer or the Samsung one and was wondering what else is out there and who is using it. Please post what you are currently using and your experiences with it so far. Thanks.

I'm fine with the samsung dialer....until some stable programs are developed and tested with the Omnia, I'm gonna be patient and stick with what works...Plus with Mobile shell the numbers I dial most I have set with the once touch picture dial...and with other less frequently dialed numbers, I have the contacts tabs it Mobile shell...and in the event I must dial a number then the samsung dialer is not that much of a hassle...

Disabled the Samsung dialer just to save the memory, but not a big difference either way IMO.

I'm with pdub73....between Shell and PocketCM I hardly ever use the dialer screen, but I would love for dialer screens to be made for the Omnia. I like being able to customize the look of all aspects of my PPC, and I have seen some pretty cool dialer screens made in the past for other devices!!!

I was using PhoneEx, until it became flaky on me and stopped loading right. I've also tried Inesoft. I keep going back to the Samsung dialer. I wish we could get a port of the Touch HD dialer, or even the T*Omnia dialer.

IM using mobile shell and dont even see the dialer most of the time but yeah... i guess i havent even seen any dialers that really say wow so ill stick with what works.

yeah, I agree, I would like to see more options for just the dialer. The samsung dialer seems to lag my phone, so I'm using the windows dialer for now. Though it doesn't have the haptic feedback

This is recommended for those who disable the default Samsung dialer skin. It will give you the touch vibration on the default WM dialer and other applications. For Samsung Omnia user, set the ID = 11 for it to work.
