Importing Outlook Calendar?

I have a lot of "appointments" on my outlook calendar at work (ok, so they're ballgames and sporting events). Is there a way to get these to my Omnia's appointments by importing the CSV file I used to put them in Outlook?

I asked this before, and I think was told to just sync the omnia with outlook, but will it sync everything, or can I pick what to sync?

Also, I work off two different computers. I would like to be able to get all appointments from both computers (because they do not match up exactly) onto the omnia. But, as I understand the sync, if I sync them, they would all three be the same, correct?

Is there a way to import the calendars from two computers into one combined calendar on the omnia without overwriting the computer calendars with the omnia one? Basically it would create a third, "master" calendar on the omnia.

Any advice?

Re: Importing Outlook Calendar?

Now keep in mind that I have never tried this, but I think you should be able to do this.

In the ActiveSync relationships you can chose what you want to sync (contacts, appt, favorites.....) so if you set-up your work PC to sync only calendar itemsyou should be good there. While setting up, on the first sync AS asks what you want done with the information (replace on one or the other or combine), so I think if you set both Home + Work relationships to add to PPC only is may work the way you want.

As I mentioned, I have never tried it, but I think it can work.

Re: Importing Outlook Calendar?

Poutlook will sync both ways, so eventually by syncing you will have all events on all three. You can have multiple calenders on google, and set them up to sync via activesync on third party exchange servers... perhaps try that to keep them seperate. you should be able to import the events through the same file i believe.
