Does Anyone Know of a Clock Charging Screen?

While I am not familiar with the Dare's charging screen, you can configure S2U2 to stay on while charging, and have the clock on there showing all the time....is that close at all?

Maybe not quite what you are looking for, but:
I can put the SPB Time clock with sweep second hand on the screen and then connect the charger. Clock stays on screen and continues to run. The clock can also be configured as a screen saver.

I forgot about the SPB Time one. I used it on my 700wx, so the clock skins were so large on it and just looked silly, but on the larger Omnia screen it may look better!

I am actually a bit suprised (now that I think about it) the Omnia didn't come with a screen-saver mode. That seems to be a trend with a lot of new devices.
