Help with Microsoft .NET 3.5 ?? Already searched

I know this might seem retarded, but i'm fairly new to this PPC stuff so sorry for the inconvenience..
Im trying to upgrade the omnia i900 to .Net 3.5 - I followed the link on KNGUYENTU.COM's page which led me to a link to download NETCFSetupv35 onto my desktop .. what do i do next ?where is the Cab file ? There were also links to the cab files following KNGUYENTU's page that led me to some cab files on Modaco, but I wasn't able to access them for some reason. Can someone tell me what to do after I download NETCFsetupv35 to get to the cab file ?? thanks in advance
