time in sms incorrect

Hey all, maybe there is someone that can offer a bit of advice on this issue:
when I send a text it is displayed with the correct time, however when I recieve a text it will be an hour behind... like:

Me (2:12 PM):
Blah blah blah.

Melissa (1:13 PM):
Blah blah blah!

any ideas?

Re: time in sms incorrect

Just checked on exchanges with last three folks on my Omnia and all are correct times on out and in bound messages. Could there be a time zone issue with the other folks you are communicating with or could their system be set to a different tz?

Re: time in sms incorrect

I had this problem when I first got my phone ... it seemed to fix itself if you go into your World Clock - Menu - Options - Automatic System Time Zone Update (make sure its on). After doing that I didnt have to use a different time zone.

Hope that helps ya out.
