You are thinking of SetVolume.

Probably already mentioned, but:

Touchflo2d on the omnia. this isnt a skin for any launcher nor a rom with missing features, this is a set of .cab's which install the full functionality of the touchflo2d interface. works flawlessly and doesnt lag at all on mine!

When I used that Thread message view increase, my reply button died and I couldn't send texts at all I had to hard reset my phone to get it back

I can't imagine how that file would have affected that. All it does is increase the text box size you type into. For future reference, delete the file next time, a hard reset is way overkill.
