Hold buttons on omnia not working

The hold option under buttons doesnt work for either the menu or camera buttons

Is there a software glitch.

I have both the hold options set. and the tap button ones work, but the hold functions do not.

is there something i am missing or another setting that interferes?

Do you mean the Mute button on the call-pad? If so, that works great for me. Do you have many apps installed? Any that affect call functions?

The one thing I wish Samsung included was a way to disable the key-luck option while calls are in progress....that gets irritating at times!!!!

If one of those is for "Voice Command" I think you need to go to settings and open voice command options and activate it. I usually keep the password turned off and leave all the boxes checked. I'm getting my Omnia tomorrow, but read the entire manual last night. It's on the Samsung website. Once you peck around for it.
