Nevermind guys, I figured it out. I just had to tweak the registry a bit and it showed up again!

got a question, i have the samsung i910 and everytme i plug it into my computers usb a window appears (system32) or sometimes its a number, and if i close the window before activesync can load it wont let me connect. can someone tell me how to stop this

Stop closing it before activesync starts! JK, i've personally never seen this. What versin of windows are you using and 32 or 64 bit?

im using 32 bit i tried a hard reset and it still does it . ok this what happens . i plug my phone in the usb(before i had the xv6900, and activesync starts up automattically)but with this omnia a window pops up saying system 32 now its saying windows mobile but its not the activesync window this window says in the searchbar (local disk c>windows>windowsmobile) its like im controlling my pc i can erase stuff and thing like that. but its not the activesync window just a regular window

Is it a notification that's trying to install software "for your device", maybe? If not, you might try re-installing the latest version of ActiveSync, assuming you're running Win XP.

im running vista well u know the little sync center icon when i click on that to open it a windows explorer window pops out then it changes to the sync center window but it says disconnected when i try to connect it says error
