i-nigma issue

I am having some trouble using i-nigma on my omnia. I tried doing a search but couldn't find much. I have used the program be for but not for a while. now as the QR codes are becoming more popular. I went to scan one yesterday and it wont reed it. the image is to blurry. I went to my normal camera function and the image is blurry there as well but when you take the picture the camera auto focuses and it comes in clear. Is there a what to change the focus of the camera in i-nigma. Or change the default focus of the camera? Thanks in advance

Update. I tried taping the screen and puching the center key as stated in the instuctions with no luck.
