Anyone able to fix Omnia i910 to enable caller ID announcements over Bluetooth

I have a Omnia i910 running CF03, and I would love to be able to get incoming caller ID announced over my BT headset. I can only get a long beep when an incoming call come through and I have to make sure announce calls is disabled, otherwise all the sounds go to the phones speaker and I hear nothing in my headset until I press the button. I talked to a Samsung Level 2 tech today and she told me the i910 was not made to enable this feature of Voice Command. What stupidity is this to allow all the other features to work but the most important, being able to hear who is calling without having to look at your phone. If anyone could help me further, I'd appreciate it greatly.
Thanks,
Britt
