Nuance Voice Recognition and Plantronics 925

Does anyone know how to get the Bluetooth headset to use Nuance and call your contacts? I use S2U2 for my lock program, and when I press the call button on my earpiece, it does not launch Nuance? I'm using the stock rom right now since I just got the phone. Thought for sure something like this would work.
