Phone dialer not working...HELPPPP!!!

I have been tweaking my new Omnia II i920 and now when I try to use the phone dialer, it comes up on the today screen very small in the left hand corner and I can not use the dial pad. I am sure I must have messed up something in the registry. Short of doing a hard reset, can someone help me??? PLEASE???
