Need some help with bell omnia2

I searched and cannot find the answer, but if anyone can help i have 2 issues, first in my phonebook bell has input 2 permanent phone number numbers, directory assistance 411 and customer service 611 , i cannot deleted or edit them as they have a lock symbol and menu delete is not highlighted, i only ask because i want to change the 411 to google's free directory assistance 18004664411 without charge, and 2nd problem is the voicemail number is preprogramed and i cannot change that also.

Please post any help on these problems
