Loss of data then stuck in airplane mode anyone?

Ok Now on my third replacement Moment! AHH anyone else experiencing the same? First my phone losses data service... it shows disconected on phone status for network... I can still place phone calls but about 20 min after this happens it goes into Airplane Mode and stays. Even when I try to turn off Airplane mode it stays on... Everytime this happens I must turn phone off and reboot. That fixes the problem for awhile. It happens more than what is acceptable. I am missing calls when I dont realize it is in airplane mode! Any ideas? Anyone else having same issue? Did I mention that this is my third phone that is doing it? It is upgraded and Sprint keeps saying "Nothing wrong"
