Is there a fix for sending larger pics and videos like files size wise?

I would like to ssend videos longer then 30 seca to a minn and pics bigger than like 100k so yeah is there a way to changer that to send up to 5-10 mb and video like that that or way more something that can be like 5 mins or more with bypassing a cap with sprint. Well if so much help thank u
