picture mail problem

Help me guys, I cannot recv picture mail on my Moment for some reason, I have made sure tthat i checked my settings and it is checked to recv buy people keep saying that sent me something I am like I didnt get the mms.. Has anyone else had this problem. Thanks for your help!!
