Re: Tmail.exe crash

are you talking about outlook or pocket outlook? tmail.exe is the executable file name of pocket outlook on your phone.

are you using flexmail or something else then?

My phone does this too. I've only had the phone for a day, and it happened to me about 5 or 6 times.

It seems to only happen when I text a lot.

Re: Tmail.exe crash

Good find; the community benefits from your willingness to hard-reset. How much texting do you do? Have you tried my hack to turn off threaded texting and see if that makes any difference?

I text a lot the problems seems to be sporadic when tmail crashes. It just seems to happen more when I get a lot of incoming texts while trying to send outgoing text. I also have threaded text disabled, doesn't seem to make a difference. I think I will try to enable it back to see what happens.

You have to let the messaging process run all the time in the back ground, it hasn't happened as much to me lately. Pull up the task manager you will see the messaging process, just let it run.
