I plan to upgrade to this device Sunday.

Maybe Cmoex or Team Elite would consider unlocking this device, since it does run the Windows Mobile PPC version, it might be less hard to port over kitchens.

I've been working on a list of tips and bugs for this phone but without a forum I have nowhere to post them in a consistent manner. +1 on adding a section for the Intrepid here.

I've been posting them on another forum, but that one doesn't allow editing of posts beyond a limited time period so everything gets strung along into a huge thread. PPCGeeks.com allows editing of older posts, so I would like to post things here instead to maintain continuity in post #1 (the way the ROM chefs post ongoing updates).

curiosity. could anyone try a us gsm sim in the intrepid and see what it does? i'm wondering if it's locked from sims or unlocked and blocks us gsm out...
