Language Support on Froyo 2.2 Update?

Does anyone know if Froyo 2.2 supports arabic?
And when exactly is the Vibrant's update going to be out?

I've tried so many ways in trying to obtain arabic support on the phone, and worst care I may have to go back to nokia (symbian
