Unhappy [d2vzw]IMEI = 0. No calls

Hello,
I got a "pre-owned" phone from Verizon warranty.
Rooted it and tried out a few different roms.
After trying out different roms, I realized I lost my ability to make calls.
Texting and mobile network still works though.
After some online research I realized my MEID and IMEI are set to 0.
I used odin to bring my phone back to stock, unrooted, which is where I'm at now.
Still no calls. Texting and mobile network works still. IMEI and IMEISV are set to 0.
I didn't make a backup of those either, before rooting and romming.
Anybody know if I can get those back?
Is that the source of my problem? If so, why does texting and mobile network still work?
Thanks in advanced
