EL13 is out now and it seems sammy had the shits with CiQ and removed it on there own, modem has improved speeds (again) and all is working fine. im gonna post link but please hit thanx for calkulin.

And I like how Voodoo says there are no traces of CIQ on my phone.

Wait a min - am I reading this all wrong? I have a stock 2.3.6 and voodoo is reporting CIQ is present and active. So looks to me that Samsung did NOT remove it from 2.3.6 after all.

What ROM/kernel are you running? I'm on EL26 everything and I get CIQ is not present.

Completely stock (but rooted) EK02 direct from Sprint. Haven't had this thing a fortnight yet.

Yeah, I thought you might be running EK02. Only the leaked versions from Samsung are CIQ free.

Been seeing posts about the leaked EL29 and it sounds like it might be interesting to play with. Busy week and weekend ahead. Going to choose to snowboard vs flashing the handheld until I do more reading.

Just heard that EL29 is going to be pushed as an OTA update over the next few days. You will soon be CIQ free my friend!
