I just rooted my Epic Touch 4G or Samsung Galaxy S2 or ... whatever you call it. The newest Samsung phone on Sprint.

Phone is super easy to root. Now I am hoping the chef's will cook up some roms. I would actually consider bribing OMJ to drop the 3D and come over.

its probably "go launcher" they have sense also and drawer looks like mine.

to the op i bet my ass no roms will get posted on ppcg since even rob (epic cook) is almost full time xda and caulkin is also cooking for gt4 and will be posting on xda plus we cant even get a dedicated forum for the phone.

Hey LOL thats mine! LOL but yeah thats a Go launcher and the clock is from Fancy widgets (go launcher is free in the market and I got fancy widget for free a while ago when it was the free app of the day at amazon.)

I'd happily donate some dough to OMJ to buy an epic 4g touch. Especially if he can get sense on it. I really love this phone but I really miss sense. The widgets, keyboard and browser are the best on android in my opinion)

been looking forward to this phone coming out. I have been an HTC guy...but this hardware has blown me away. I'm looking for a quick down and dirty about Odin (i've seen it referenced and sure its an utility specific to samsung devices) Also when would we see another "more" stable root method than what's been posted in "the other" forum. I've read up on quite a few issues on that kernal.

Also, what are thoughts on a more device friendly Cyan-Mod for this phone since he works for Samsung now?

Any one know where @deck went? Wondering if he'll be developing his "almost" vanilla ROM for this phone.
