WM6.1 for HTC 6800

I have an HTC 6800 through AllTel (thank you for your regret). For months now WM6.1 has been available to other users with other vendors. Now AllTel displays "WM6.1 Update Available" on the pages they sell phones from on the web but if you click the link it goes to HTC that still says AllTel has no update available.

Has anyone come across the same thing? Does anyone have a link to the actual OS that will work for a 6800?
