TouchFlo 2.0 flip clocks and themes?????

I have a tried and tried, to install TouchFlo themes with flip clocks, I just can't do it. Here is my set up.

.AT&T Tilt
.Cooked Rom with wm 6.5 & TouchFlo, which came with the Rom

Can anyone direct me to a right thread? What cabs do I need to use for the flip clocks? what are the steps to installing them? Forgive me I am a noob.
