Vista Theme for SlidingSounds application - Page 3

Yeah I don't know if I am missing something but I have WM6 with slidingsounds under settings but when I unzip the vista sounds they just sit in the documents folder and are not added to the 3 existing sounds.

That's because your were not supposed to download the vista sounds.zip file. You were supposed to use the first zip file in the first post. This will automatically add the option for Vista Theme in the application for you.

Hey Mega thanks again for that tampa bay bucs theme. I was thinking maybe you could come up with the transformers sliding sound. It's been mentioned before on another thread but it sounds good.

Yeah, I'm trying to create a crap of sets. I will definitely make that one though as people seem to like that and at least with my cab files, you don't have to keep hacking the registry if you want to go back to the factory default sound.

How do you put the sliding songs on cabs to there correct place?

Just install it your device and it automatically installs in the correct place. If that makes any sense.

I create a cab files with the files and it knows where to put them. it also will take and create the proper registry keys so that it will show up in the options. Only downside I have noticed is that they have to be numbered in order. The app itself already has a reg entry for 0,1 and 2. So you have to make all of your sounds #3 because if you make another set #4 but #3 isn't installed, it doesn't seem to work. So you don't seem to be able to skip numbers.
