You need to use ThemegenCE to make the theme files. Just add the pictures and resize them to your liking.

(V)eGa i had a quick question on the themes that you've made... will your themes work with the HTC Titan aka Mogul just wondering also im trying out the program ThemeGenCe that you were talking about i was going to ask you what settings do you use if it was possible you could let me know i would appreciate it.

Yeah they work as you see, we have the same phone

But the settings are pretty simple. All you need to do is select QVGA L+P as your image settings. And you have to make sure you have select 2 images for both P+L (Main and Start Menu). Then just edit the WM5 settings in the WM5 Tab and that's it. Make sure everything is unselected from the colors section and that's the basics. After that it's just playing around with it to figure what does what. That's what I did. Only took me an hour to figure out how to use this program for the basics since I couldn't find a good tutorial.
