What is the best software for learning to build my own Themes! I have cool graphics of University of South Carolina but I want to try and make them myself. What software would be best to start with? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks guys for the software recommendation and I did download it. I must say the program is very easy to use and seems to be just what I needed but I'm having a BIG problem. When I create the theme I want I can't load it on to my phone. When I try to save the theme the save button at the top has a red circle with a line through it. So how am I supposed to save the theme to the phone or to the computer? I must be doing something wrong but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

Well that's the hard part. You have to make sure that you are choosing the right format for the themes, as well as fill in all of the required images. Right under the preview you will see 4 boxes. You have to make sure that if the box doesn't have an X in it, you have to add an image of some sort. Only once you have added all images will you be able to save your theme.
