Sorry to be a bother. I downloaded a theme to see if I could get it to work and I am having trouble. I installed the cab file but I can't get it to load. I have read you first post and followed the instructions. Can you please help?

I have it where it will show up in themes under Settings/Today but it will not let me set it as the theme. Do I need to beam it? I am at a standstill.

I am not getting a .zip file after download im gettng a .cab file anyone else having this issue..?

Yes. You are sup[posed to get a cab file and install it on your phone. The problem I have is when I select it as my theme, it wont load it and the default screen is there. I can't even select the themes it came with.
