Ok I want to have a widget with the options the two softkeys pointed out in this picture has. Is there anyway to do that?

What I want is very simple I removed that whole bottom panel from my MS3. so I have no way and editing layout/adding widgets and such.

All I want is a icon (widget) on my lifestyle screen that I can click to bring up the same options the buttons pointed out on the screenshot has.
