Is this a WA2 skin?

I've been looking everywhere for a WA2 skin w/ blue bars, and this looks like WA2... can anyone verify, and maybe point me to the source of the skin?

Nope. That's how WM6 themes look by default. Look at this one from my Mogul...

If you download the Wisbar Advance 3 beta in the forums at Lakeridge Software, you can now have the same look without the OS upgrade.
