Re: Onyx

I love the look of this theme but could someone give me a helping hand? I downloaded all the themes I really don't need s2u2 but for everything else I need help.

1) I put the Onyx tsk file where said to put it also the wmp file as well.

2) I made a folder for wa3 files but don't know how to run it. the folder and the files are on the phone need to know how to get it to work.

3) The onyx landscape and portrait I don't see the folder for where you said to install it could you explain this a little better. Should i make a folder for this or just put it where my themes are already?

4) Need help on where to put the calculator file.

5) Phone dialer also.

6) Also the time file.

This is the problem area for me. I need install for dummies help first time I am installing programs on my phone well except for touchpal.

Thanx

Re: Onyx

I'll answer both of these Querys together. To run the parts of this Theme you must have, Wisbar Adv3, Wisbar Advance Desktop and SPB Time. There are instructions within the rar's to implement this Theme. All CAB files Phone Dialler, Calculator, etc are self installing just place on mobile press on it and follow through with the instructions. Make sure you remove any non generic phone diallers before installation and do a soft reset after installation.

For anyone who doesn't have word 2007 on there home computer the instructions in this zip will be in a formate they can read

Re: Onyx

Im tried to figure this out w/o posting any noob questions.. but i just couldnt do it.. I did everything the instructions said to do except change the wmp and add the spb time stuff.. Let me know if this is correct:

I installed onyx qvga into the menu from the Wisbar Theme icon...

I then go to the Desktop Theme icon and Onyx landscape and Onyx Portrait should already be there since i installed them onto my storage card?

They are not there so i try and "import" them.. when i locate them on my storage card and click ok it says a this folder does not contain a valid theme.. I also tried importing onyx qvga in this area too.. but it gave the same error.. I know i will smack myself when you tell me what i did wrong, but please help.

I also tried installing the Vista theme to no avail.

Im running a 6700 from alltel on WM6.. Ive got WAD and WA3

The WAD's need to be in the Themes/Desktop/ folder, the wisbar can be put anywhere you chose. In saying that if you installed the latest update for wisbar Adv3 version 3.1.0.7 there seems to be a few bugs in it where themes are not recognized and even previous themes in WAD disappear revert to 3.1.0.6 and you should be up and running
