Noob question regarding iPhone themes

Hi all. First let me assure you that I'm a firm believer in RTFF, so I actually did do a search for the answer. It may be out there, but I haven't found it. Here's my question -

How do I make the lower four icons in an iPhone theme open up to reveal "hidden" icons?

Here's a clip of someone who does it about 1:05 into the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMqYKAk5bfs

I personally like the minimal icon look on the today screen. FYI - I installed Torx theme, if that makes a difference.

Thanks

Re: Noob question regarding iPhone themes

using WAD and using docks, I think. The theme you see in the video is this http://www.ozankilic.com/?p=4&cp=9 , or he's using these kind of docks too.
