Ok, for those who wants SPB to be launched from an upward swipe, first you have to disable the cube. Go to your registry editor, then go to HKLM\Software\OEM\TFLOSettings. You should see a key called "Enable Cube," set it to 0 instead of 1 and soft reset. Then download ftouchflo and the configuration tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338143

In the configuration tool, you'll see where to set it to launch SPB Mobile Shell. Let me know if you need any help

is there a way to make a colored number when there is an appointment. right now, it makes it bold. its really hard to see. now if one of you smart people can make it another color or maybe how the stock calender does it, that would be so excellent. just a thought...dont know if thats possible.

How can I edit the menu bar at the bottom so that the contact button will bring up PocketCM instead of the pages of speed dials? I don't use speed dial and would rather have PocketCM launch. Thanks!

For those that are interested in this Diamond theme, I highly recommend going to the link above. This is page 125 of the thread and is where the original files are posted. In the posts that follow there are a lot of instructions about fixing various issues. There are modified versions that change things around a little for some peoples requests. There are CAB files posted for some to ease installation. There are versions with some color in them. There is also someone working on 240x240 versions. There is a lot of information there and some of it is really informative. With the information on that thread and a lot of playing around, I have been able to modify this theme to my needs and tastes.

This is the result of my work...(but the credit goes to greatbal and others at XDA who have been hard at work).

looks great, how did you remove the alarm notification on the calendar tab? or is your alarm just not turned on? thanks
