Re: UPDATED 6/12/08 Windows Mobile 7 Themes!

Worse yet and this is insane for it is the fixed cab version I have now installed at least 6 times and I still get auth failed. Any helpful ideas anyone. YEAH BABY. Kevin[/quote]

I know I read somewhere either here or at xda that when you uninstall Weatherpanel not everything gets removed. I am searching for the post and will provide a link here on how to get rid of the whole program. Then you should be able to reinstall WP and I will help walk you through the theme installation.

Okay I have searched and searched cannot find that post. If I remember correctly it was either cozboggie or storyr that wrote the instructions. Guess best way now is for me to uninstall and look for what is left behind in the folders and the registry. Will get back to you later.

Yes it will...

I've decided to put my own lil spin on this theme with a different background.. I have 2 task managers at the top i know, i'll figure out what to do with em...
i also used SPB PocketPlus to let me have both rltoday and weatherpanel on my todayscreen, aswell as other plugins and apps... as you can see at the top i have a tab says programs and one says weather... PocketPlus seems so simple, but is such a great app

lemme know what you guys think

OH, also, does anyone know how to make the today lines transparent? I don't like em separating my plugins like that.

Re: UPDATED 6/12/08 Windows Mobile 7 Themes!

a couple other people have asked how to get this whole thing working once you transfer the folders, but it hasnt been answered

i copied all the folders over as per the instructions (the only instructions here and on xda)
now what?

also, what do I do with the stuff here :
- M.S 2.1 - Windows mobile 7 theme http://www.4shared.com/file/49311094...ittlerain.html

pls help... i'm trying to move away from such noob-status... lol TIA

EDIT : ok so i was awaiting an answer and my phone locked itself.. i unlocked it and BOOM there was theme LOL
now i just need to figure out how to skin the cube... when I bring it up, its the default grey screen, and when i close it, it doesn't go back to the WM7 screen, only the reg. HTC screen with a big ugly MARSWARE logo at the bottom.

i believe you have to click on the marsware logo and set it up... this theme only allows you to have rltoday OR weatherpanel on your today screen... i've manoovered around this using spb pocketplus to creat a tab for each on the today screen

edit: u should go into today settings and uncheck everything u don't want there, if thats why ur htc screen is still there

Hey syanni, how did you get the start bar to be the black and blue color. Also did you do the wisbar thing to get the calendar and menu at the bottom? Lastly, you did the programs and weather tab with pocketplus? Thanks kevin.

yeah i used wisbar for the top and bottom bars... refer to post #139... its real easy... download and install wisbar advanced, download theme zip, unzip and place in program files>lakeridge>wisbar folder... then after launching wisbar, just select it in the theme setting... make sure you have a blue theme if you want it black and blue....

I did use pocketplus for the tabs... it was the first ppc product i've ever purchased and for some reason i just can't get away from it lol... it really does the trick... now all i need is to make my today lines transparent.

Hey RTL hAPPY sUNDAY,
yOUR POST HERE CONFUSED ME AND i DID NOT READ THE LAST LINE, PROB THE MOST IMPORTANT TILL THIS A.M. By this I mean are you having problems with the weather panel program as well for I googled this a.m. and got it working with this fix. Not the dll one storyr posted. My only issue tnow to make this theme perfect and complete are the top 4 icon's for littlerain's theme and the bottom five. I have and own wisbar adv3 but what syanni suggested did not work. Kevin

Ok I did all that but I am not getting anything. Just the normal wisbar theme.
