How to Removed iphone theme

i got a few question i am planing on installing the iphone theme located right here

i wanna know if i dont like it how and if i t could be removed just in case would i have to do a hard reset or what could someone walk me step by step on how to do it thanks

and what is the diffrence in installing Grummpys iphone theme that is found here

whats with the wad install and what does the mad thing do is their anything special to wad

and how could i hard reset my phone and save all my contacts to my memory card because fixing the names is a problem and gets anoying

just uninstall everything the same way you installed it.
goto "remove programs" in settings to remove the programs, restart.
then goto file manager and delete all the files u added.
