(V)eGa's - How to create a basic theme - TUTORIAL

i've made my theme for my phone && everythinq is working properly but my backqround isn't showinq up.. my bars && thinqs are the colors i want them.. how do i qet my back qround to show up?

No problem. I know the newer methods are alot harder but there are still people using the good ole Windows Mobile
