Not sure what "phone" your using but on the Mogul you Copy the .tsk file to your windows directory then open Settings->Personal->Today and select your theme.

Yes I currently have the mogul. But when I load up the theme, it just displays the grey bars etc. I tried to install the wood grain theme, but the accessories such as the clock and such do not appear on my home screen. Why is this?

You need the HTC Home plugin do a google search for the .cab file. Remeber to search first
