I downloaded the file and followed the Readme file and I'm not sure what the Wisbar part trying to explain from the readme.txt file. Can anyone explain that part for me please?

is there just an iphone weather app that can be installed so I don't have to install wisbar or change today themes or anything like that, just a program that opens up the weather thing and closes?

there is an app called iweather that does just that. its a new page with the iphone style weather. i used it on my touch and worked like it supposed to. you can search it on xda
