Have u read the instructions in the zip file? They're pretty clear. I was pretty much a noob to this too (first wad, wa3 skin) and I got it working just fine

Got the theme installed but my task bar is not correct everything else is fine dont have a battrey icon

Did u check the option for the battery to be shown on the right in 'taskbar' settings?

OK, I am using mail2web to push my email. Does anyone know of a way to get it to put the number of emails I have in the red circle. I have tried %Activesync% and that is not working. I also tried %Outlook E-mail% and that is also not working........anybody?

Nevermind, It is now working with %Activesync%

If you go to the first page and download version 3. Then read the Read Me file. Then read through all 31 pages in this thread. I had no experience with any of this stuff, and I had it up and running on my Touch 3 hours after I got. Believe me, if I can do it, anybody can do it.
