There is one thing that the iPhone needs to be better than the TP and it is something it will never have due to Crapple's philoshopies. FREEDOM. I don't want to have a phone and be told what I can and cannot do with it. Its mine, let me modify it to my needs and liking. That said, I find WinMo to be better than iPhone OS, though with a much larger learning curve- a five year old can master an iPhone in 2 minutes. However, as far as hardware goes, I feel the iPhone is superior. The build quality and sheer sleekness is second to none. Give me an iPhone with fully integrated 6.5 and I'm in heaven! Phone heaven that is.

You'll have heaven soon my friend as the TP2 looks alot like iPhone in my opinion!

ive actually played with iphones before & i was underwhelmed to say the least. i found myself saying "oh, thats neat..." a couple times about the special effects & whatnot, but it offered nothing over my mogul at the time other than a g sensor. this nerd guy i was dating about a year ago was forever having to run over to his best friend's house to fix his iphone, i dont know how many dates were ruined thanks to that damn iphone. so much for it 'just working'...

yes, you have to add stuff to get winmo to do what you want, but i for one prefer having a barebones platform that i customize to my liking. i like having options on how my phone looks too, hell i can even make it look like an iphone if i wanted. iphone users only have one choice- having it look like an iphone :P

WinMo, FTW.
