if size is an issue maybe a Samsung Intercept...as I said its same thing but has 3.2 screensize. (and you can get it for 5$ on 2 year contract)

but other items(on aztechka) will also look smaller. lol

Sanyo & LG= 600mhz vs Transform's 800mhz processor, what make those better?

I know... That's my problem... She wants a keyboard... She wants a camera with a flash... And she wants a headphone jack...
The pre would have been perfect... She hates the keyboard on the pre... Feels like a toy. lol.
She's getting something and she's gonna like it. LOL... She's dropped the TP a few times and it looks like crap. She wants a new phone badly.
p.

My wife is the same and has been complaining about getting a new phone for a year now. She basically wants an Android on Sprint that's the same size as her Touch Diamond :violent1:

Its an example of mhz/ghz != better...the 600mhz chips inside are downclocked versions of snapdragons found in an EVO...including Adreno 200 chip capable of 22 million triangles/sec and opengl/hardware acceleration support...the one found inside the transform is pretty much like a TP chip clocked at 800mhz..with NO hardware acceleration thus can't take any advantage of Froyo and a mere I think 4 million triangles processor...aka the 600mhz chip will fly circles around it.

Thanks, haven't really looked into those because as soon as I saw the slow clock speed I wasn't interested. Maybe now I'll wait to see what support they get in the forums and might pick one up :)

are you asking to add it or just want opinions on it cause your in "add a device" forum?
why not get a epic, this is just a crippled epic imo. no 4g even, fail

Was looking to have a forum to be added for it, but an admin moved it from the "add a phone" forum to here...

I ended up buying one a few days ago and am impressed... Generally it seems to be a better phone than the Touch Pro I was using before... The only app I can't find a good replacement for is a networkless (for use when I am not near cell towers) GPS program... I miss Garmin...

I did not want a bigger phone or to pay an additional $10 a month since I don't get 4G at home... Now to wait for Froyo...

Might try copilot. I think it's $5 and you save maps on your sd.
